To do so in a descriptive survey, the models provided by Robbins and Hunsaker and by Allen and Meyer were ingestion to measure interpersonal conversation skills and organizational commitment respectively. The used animal was questionnaire. The statistical community include public organizations in Qom metropolis among which two organizations were selected randomly. Sampling was withal conducted randomly in twain organizations. Finally, 106 individuals responded to questionnaire items. The findings of the query show that among existing skills in the model, serious aggroup building skill has a significant recounting with organizational commitment.
